is this a standard, canned response?

I am July filer and contacted the senator's office to see if there's anything that could be done. USCIS told his office that I need to wait 6 more months. Is the following answer a canned response they give to every one?

Hi Skysofialila, this is katie calling from the Senator office. I'm calling because I received response regarding your I-130 petition that you filed. You just wanted a status update on the case. The agency is stating that they need an additional 6 months from today's date to process the application on that needs to be processed before then. But they're saying to plan on that about a 6 month waiting period due to the the high workload.

July... 2013 filer? Then you have quite a bit of wait ahead of you, yes. 4 months is not the appropriate time for senator inquiries.

If July 2012 filer you should be getting pretty ornery at this point and making calls, emails, and more senator inquiries. Time to be the squeaky wheel.

Thanks Lucybelle. I see that almost 3 months after you got that response, your case was transferred to CSC.

Your NOA2 should be up soon because they take less than 60 days to adjudicate transfers to CSC. I wouldn't be surprised if you got it before December.

I'm hoping to be adjudicated before March. Hopefully January (but that's wishful thinking).
