Hi everyone, I filed my ROC in late September and have done my bio 3 weeks ago. Now I just read through all the topics here and getting confused to my tax return transcript I sent with my ROC package. We did our tax return with TurboTax and I just sent the copies saved files from my software. If i m not wrong we didn't get any transcript from IRS. So, is that possible that we might get RFE? Should I request that to IRS just in case I get RFE? Anyone who is in the same TurboTax boat with me? :)

Any advice will be appreciate.

I filed my ROC last week. I submitted photos of my USC and me dated 2008-2009-2010... She got divorced in 2010 with the final judgement, but separated since 2000 married only for 1 yr and filed for divorce in 2001. She taught all the while that shes already divorce all those years not til we plan to get married she went to get copies of the final judgement that she realized that the divorce wasnt granted, by the way, she became USC tru her mother. My question is do u think the photos i submitted it will affect my removal of conditions? Since she is still married at that time? We have a genuine relationship. Weve been together for 5 yrs, and married for 2 1/2 yrs. i submitted those photos to prove that weve together for 5 years.. Pls i need answers.. Thanks

That is fine as long as you sent the full set of tax returns filed including the W-2 copies.

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

Here's my another question. Today I just clean all my paperwork and bills.

(1) I just found a letter of adjusted refund for tax year 2012 from IRS which I totally forgot to file in ROC.. oops8rh.gif
(2) And also family household auto insurance policy summary where both of our names in. (we are living with his sister's family)
(3) Old Comcast bill from last year only under my name.

(4) My Verizon bill under only my name which just changed the owner from his brother.

Should I send them as additional evidence to USCIS or just wait and prepare if I get RFE? cray5ol.gif

Thanks...

You can either send copies of those now along with a copy of your NOA1 letter, so that they can put those along with your application for review or you can wait till you hear from them. Both are fine.
