Hi VJ,

I think this question may have been asked a few times already, but I will try to confirm with you guys here to make sure.

My wife immigrated to the US on a CR-1 visa (2-year conditional). Now that 2 years is up, we're about to file our I-751 soon. I have two questions.

1. Filing fee: Do I write one check for a total of $590? Or two checks, one for $505 filing fee and one for $85 biometric fee? Do I have to include the $85 biometric fee along with the application?

2. Our new born daughter was born in the US during the 2-year conditional period, do I have to pay another $85 biometric fee for the baby? I assume no, since my daughter is a US-born citizen.

Any responses would be appreciated.

Thanks much.

1. Yes, one check for 590 will do.

2. Include your child in the application in part 4 and to the question "Is the child applying with you?" check "NO", as your daughter is already a citizen.

Does anybody know about sending a rent lease agreement all pages? my lease has 26 pages and I have 3 leases that's alot of papers. Should I send just where names, year and signatures is?

I came here hoping for an answer to this exact question. Our leases are huge (30+) pages on legal size paper, and there's three of them to cover the last two years. I can't see they want 100 sheets of lease contracts, but I am not sure which sections are or are not needed.
