Good morning vj

Me and m y fiance are awaiting our interview date n we were planning on bringing his son from a previous rrlationship. However the mom doesn't want to give permission to take the boy. So I understand that if that's the case his son will stay but still will have an option to come within a year from the date my fiance get hia visa correct?

Another thing is I wanted to kn ow since his son won't go with us hmm ow do I add him on the sponsor paperwork and wiuld I have to pay anything for his visa at oyr interview?

If he will eventually be a follow to join all you have to take is the boys inextensa birth certificate, he does not have to go to the interview, and he will have to enter the country before the year is up from the day your fiance entered the USA. But you need to get that permission before even doing the follow to join procedure, and then you pay for all the other things.

I also have a step son, b ut he will not come as a follow to join. maybe in 3 to 5 years I will request him .

02/05/2021 - Oath Ceremony
