Were the 3 other times you were married while you been out of status also?

How long have you been in the US?

Out of Status with a record (depending how serious is serious no matter?

Please before you go to interview you seek legal counsel this is not a do it yourself?

Have you been working?

Do you have your own valid Social Security number?

You are from Nigeria dear no easy thing with nothing on your record add to that out of status married 3 times not good. Not Impossible but you should at least see a lawyer (that specializes in overstays) to see what you could be facing and what you might can do to lessen things.
