One questions today I recived a cheklist from NVC , they requared DS203 and the affidativ of suport, butttt the stupidly thing is that we send and resend correct affidativ of suport to NVC, and form DS 230 ??? We send it but they didn't accept because on September 1 was replaced with DS 260 I fill up online DS 260 waited 20 bisnes days and was reviewed. The same with affidativ of suport was reviewed and get an email for this. IS POSIBLE TO BE A FALSE CHEEKLIST? I call NVC the don't know what to say, even the supervisor . He say pleas call Wednesday .... So confused soooo sad

Call back until you get answers. Only ask for a supervisor. What does the checklist email say exactly. Can you take out personal information and post here maybe that will help.

So the DS-260 has been reviewed. Have you paid IV Bill and send in Documents than?

The NVC has received the requested Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230). However, we are still waiting for the response to the checklist letter for the Affidavit of Support (Form I-864). Please return the requested information so that we may complete the processing of your case.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the address

The only thing thay ask was civil document we send it all they required on October 16, are ander review and naw this cheklist.... Bhhhh so confused even the supervisor didn't know what to say

Ah, and we pay all the fees I pray to Gad to be a false cheklist because we have since May with cheklistes and stuff like that

Because those two forms I-864 and DS-230 are two different areas looks like a false checklist. You say October 16 you sent the documents so its been 19 days. I would be calling everyday to get status.

Today the supervisor say you call Wendsday on 5 pm to get a answer because I will put a note.The only answer we are waiting is case complet. All the civil documentes , the forms and the fees everything they reqired we submitted, is so absurde to get another answer from them... Pfffd
