i also dont work so i used my fiance bank statements but during the interview they asked for the affidavit l of support only. Its not a big deal whether you earning or not all they need to know is if your fiance in US is able to support you financially while there and that you will not be depending on government

my friend made in 2011 40.000 a years but he dos not work now but he got like 20.000 in the bank is that oky ? imean we can use as co SPONSORE or not

If they are not employed and only have $20k in the bank, then no, they cannot be used as a co-sponsor as they do not meet the income/asset requirements.
