Whats needed for CFO?

Can we do the CFO before medical and interview? Already have passport, NBI, CENOMAR etc. Just got e-mail for NOA2 so waiting for hard copy of that and thought while we're waiting could get that out of the way as well.

She's in Cebu, are all the CFO offices closed there now from the earthquake or is there 1 still open somewhere?

Yes, You can do the CFO seminar before or after the interview and medical. There is a CFO in Manila. But since she is in Cebu you can Try to call CFO Cebu if they are open (032) 255-5253 This is the CFO website for any other information http://www.cfo.gov.ph

She'll get a certificate that proves she has completed the CFO. Then when she has her passport with the visa, take it and the certificate back to the place where she took the CFO and get the stamp. I have been told they will complete the process at any CFO center *cebu or manila* but can't confirm that. I have also been told there is one at the Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
