I submitted by ds260 (september 13)after reciecig a checklist due to the new form which i had already submitted in august he ds230.the 20th of september nvc received the police certificate i resent jut incase and until now no case complete can anyone gove me their opinion suggesions please how much more is the wait time

Have you called NVC to see what is up? its 30 days they say to review and accept. I would call and ask them.

Is your I-864 (Affidavit of Support) package accepted already?

NVC approved our DS-260 after approximately 30 days of submitting it online. You can check details at my signature below.

Hey reading ur topic i get confused! i m colombian too, and someone befor was telling me in colombia we dont have to do the form DS260, but yes we have to do the form DS230, can u help me to clear up this?
