How do you compute the Current Individual Annual Income for form 1-864? Can it be an estimate only?

Of course.

(But of course should be truthful one I mean it will llok suspecios in case you filed 50k 2012 with IRS and current antisipated income to be 250k, you got my point?)

You can send a tax transcript for year 2012. But if your income in 2013 is better then 2012 then you may send them pay stubs for the last 6 months and a letter confirming your estimated income for 2013 based on your pay stubs for the last 6 months.

You can send a tax transcript for year 2012. But if your income in 2013 is better then 2012 then you may send them pay stubs for the last 6 months and a letter confirming your estimated income for 2013 based on your pay stubs for the last 6 months.

Tax transcript is same as your tax return but in much smaller version containing all the info needed for AOS and is preferred by NVC.

On tax transcript under income it will say wages,salaries,tips,etc that should be added to any other income you had during the year such as rental income etc if not then the amount on that line should be your current individual income.

But the wages,salaries,etc that you're referring to is the income for 2012. Not "current" which means like now for year 2013. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I would still put my 2012 income as current income as you have not file the tax return for 2013. If you think your 2013 income would be higher then 2012 then send last 6 months pay stubs and a covering letter predicting the 2013 income based on last 6 months pay stubs. Its your call but If I was in your position I will do that.
