can i-130 be send out at same time with I-485 form ?

That depends. Is the beneficiary inside or outside of the US? Is a petition being filed in order for the beneficiary to be able to then apply for a visa at a consulate abroad, or is the beneficiary applying to adjust status in the US after entry on another type of visa.

If you are filing for AOS based on marriage to a US citizen then yes, you can file the I-130 and I-485 concurrently. As for your other question, we will include 3 family pictures and one letter of support written by a family member with the I-130. You can also include a copy of your lease or a copy of your bank statement that shows both of your names....if you have children, include their birth certificates to show that your marriage is legit. Good luck.
