I have been working solidly for a year, my w-2 for last year only shows that I earned 13,055. For this year, I have earned about 21,000. Is this enough to not need proof? If so how do I prove the amounts? I have my last 4 pay check stubs, that Include year to date information. We have already been given a yes, My fiance has already passed the visa interview as well and this is the last portion. I wanted to get a statement from my bank proving the amounts deposited over the year, however they stated that they don't provide that kind of service. They gave me a year of statements, but I don't think I can mail over 100 pages of statements. One more thing to note here is that I was on SSI disability, however that should be ending, should I include that information if it is ending? I can get the statement from my employer stating my position and the amount year to date pay info. Do I need to include the bank portion as well or can I omit that? Any amount of help is needed please. I just want to be done with this process so I can be with my fiance.

How did you get an approval at the K-1 interview without giving them the I-134 yet? It cant be approved without the financial support documentation.

Anyway, your current income is not how much you have made so far this year. It is your annualized income. So, do not have your employer list your YTD amount in their letter. Have them state your position, if you are full time and a permanent position. They should also list your hourly pay rate. Take your hourly rate and multiply that by the number of hours you work each week. Then multiply your weekly amount by 52 weeks in order to get your current annual income. That is what you list on the I-134. The letter from your employer and recent pay stubs with YTD info is what proves your current income amount.

You can include your disability if you wish, but if you meet the requirement without it, then it is not necessary. If you include it, then you need to provide proof of the amount you receive. Same goes for bank statements. If you meet the requirement with income alone and are not using assets to meet the requirement, then no need for bank statements, unless they are needed to prove your SSDI amount.
