Case expedited - NVC to USEM (F2A)

Hello guys! Anyone here who had their case expedited because of aging-out? F2a beneficiary here. Can you please share the process here? I don't have any clue what to do next. So here's what happened to my case. I emailed NVC last Sept 26 to ask for my case number because I want to speed things up if possible because I'll be turning 21 on the 30th of October. The NVC steps that I've gone through are: completed ds261 and paid AOS bill. I called the NVC yesterday and they said that my case was shipped last 10.10 at the embassy while my AOS fee was still pending. I asked whether my mom (petitioner) will still mail the AOS documents to their office and they said that since the NVC does not have my case, they will not receive any documents from us anymore. And also, I haven't even paid the IV fee and filed my ds260 yet.

What is your CEAC status?

Call USEM on tuesday.

Hello apple! It says "IN TRANSIT". I also checked it in DHL's website and the package is in Manila now.

Yep. I'll do that. Do you know anyone who had the same case as mine?

Thanks a lot apple! I'm half way done with the documents because I still don't have my AOS files. I think we will be eligible with i864ez though because my mom filed a separate petition for my bro. I'll just have to confirm it to the embassy tomorrow. :)

With regards to the medical, I read your post yesterday that you just brought your acknowledgement letter(?) wherein there is a case number stated in there. My brother didn't receive any letter but he already filed for a CoA. Do you think the SLEC will accept ds261 instead?

Yes, you can go anytime just as long as you don't have your monthly period. Be prepared to tell them the 1st and last day of your last period.
