Hi

  • A passport valid for travel to the United States and with a validity date at least six months beyond your intended period of stay in the U.S.
    (unless country-specific agreements provide exemptions)
  • Divorce or death certificate(s) of any previous spouse(s) for both you and the U.S. citizen sponsor
  • Police certificates from your present country of residence and all countries where you have lived for 6 months or more since age 16
(Police certificates are also required for accompanying children age 16 or older)

i am the fiance and im already here in USmy kids are goin to follow soon but how can i start...what should i do first...what form should i file here first...

The new (and improved) embassy instructions letter states to use the DS-160, aside from the change in the DS form the other requirements are the same as when you processed your visa application.

Like said in my other post to you, read the embassy instructions letter and follow it. Link below.

for Manila IV - it should be enough

to pay the visa fees

and set up the K-2 stuff in the website.

That's it, really. Start with paying the visa fees somewhere in the PI, then go forth with the rest of it.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
