3. What date are you submitting the AOS set?

your attorney sends this, that's what you paid him for .

so, send off those questions to your husband, your husband needs to ask those questions back to the attorney.

Since an attorney is engaged, is 90 percent chance you not do anything.

also - don't confuse the ds-260 with the ds-261 - not the same form, at all. Your attorney will be sending in a DS-260 on you.

if the FEE BILLS showed up at the same day, then the attorney is still attached to the case.

It's perfectly fine for the two of you (not the attorney) to submit stuff into NVC.
