Hello everybody.

I am a naturalized citizen. I am in the process of filling out the I-130 and I-485 forms to apply for a green card for my wife of two years. She is also in the United States... I really need some help.

She didn't receive the paper I-94 when she entered US since CBP only allow the I-94 retrieval online now. For some reasons, her I94 is not able to retrieve, no matter what combination of her name we tried, it says no record found. Can we use her passport page that has the entry stamp on to prove he entry is legal? Is that good enough? Can we leave the 1-94 number field blank?

Her visa is going to expire in less than 1 month, we would really like to submit the forms before her visa is expired.

I would really appreciate any help that you guys could provide.

Thank you so much.
