Expedite request email received

Ok I called last Tuesday placing expedite request based on humanitarian and financial bases. I received an email this morning saying that, "The status of this service request is Your case will be reviewed by an officer. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 90 days from the date of this letter. If you don't receive a response, please contact customer service at the number provided below".

What does this mean? Does it mean approved or not?

It appears that USCIS is acknowledging receipt of your expedite request, and advising you about their future activity regarding your request.

Their just saying, that they received your request, not that it was approved. If it says "Your request for expedite was approved" that's when it's approved.

Thank you for your reply. I am hopeful and praying that the request gets approved.

Their just saying, that they received your request, not that it was approved. If it says "Your request for expedite was approved" that's when it's approved.
