Did you have to do the sputum test? If there was a TB issue you would have gotten treatment. If you had your vaccinations and the medical file has been sent to USEM don't worry about the stamp in the passport. Were there any notations on the 3025 regarding vaccinations? Your medical is good for 1 year, you do not have to do another medical for AOS - even thought some civil surgeons try to "blackmail" you into getting the physical before they will transcribe the 3025 to the I-693.

yes, i undergo sputum test and then , SLEC wrote B1 at the back of my passport. my friends who had sputum test had this remark on their passport so i guess all those that had sputum exam have it as well. when i had my initial medical, the doctor said i will have 4 vaccs but when i went at SLEC after my sputum exam, they only gave me a single shot which is anti-tetanus. i asked the nurse about it, she said that there are certain times when they give other shots. can't really understand their standard in giving vaccs. she said that i just have to follow up the other vaccs in the US. i was hoping that i'll just have to get the vaccs instead of doing another medical exam so that i can apply for my AOS after the wedding without spending extra money if it's unnecessary.

You may have to make a few calls to civil surgeons to find an honest one that will not try to gouge you for a medical just to get the 3025 transcribed.

For your additional vaccinations you can go to the county health clinic, the cost is less there.
