N-400 October 2013 Filers.

This thread is for people who are filing in October. I sent my package on September 25th, got delivered on September 28th. I might join the October filers if my NOA is dated October. I wish everybody luck in this process and we are finally having the last step.

I will be filing this weekend hopefully (as soon as I get the photos done)! My window open ls tomorrow, October 1st 2013. Filing based on 3 year Permanent Resident married to USC.

Anyone have any idea of current processing times? Dallas/lewisville lockbox facility?

Your welcome. Ithink I will definitly be from the October filers lol I still didn't recieve no notification from USCIS that they received my file even though they received it on the 28th of September. I wonder how long does it take them to send the notification lol?

I have no idea! Maybe look at an older thread (or september 2013) and see other filers timelines!

Only me and you in here so far?? Wonder if the numbers will pick up! What did you include in your packet? I'm just sending:

* n-400 application

* check ($680 filing fee)

* x 2 passport photos

* copy of my GC (front and back)

* copy of marriage certificate

* mine and hubby's tax return for 2010, 2011, 2012

* letter from housing management that we both reside at *** address together...

I'm not sure what else I need to/should include?

All "proof" of relationship was sent with the previous ROC application that was approved...?

I sent like 2 months of bank statements and phone bills, my kids birth certificates that's all. I just wanted to include some new evidence after the approval of the ROC because I'm applying under 3 year rule. I have no idea this is the 3rd day of October and it's only me and you lol. I still didn't hear anything from USCIS and I'm starting to get worried lol. I know Im rushing things a bit but Im reaaaaaaaaady to get done with immigration lol.

I sent in packet 2nd october and its going to be delivered today 10/03/2013. Also I have a question.

In september filers thread, i read that someone can receive the text message and e mail alerts, like when they receive the case NOA notice etc.

But i tried making online account with USCIS and it wants me to enter receipt number to get alerts, which i dont have. So i am wondering how someone can do that while in very initial stage.

Just received an email that the package has been accepted.

If you don't mind asking where did you send your file? What center? I sent mine to Dallas and it was delivered last Saturday and i still didn't get anything from USCIS

You can wait until you get your receipt mummy from USCIS or you can use your receipt number for your green card that should work.

Have you filed G1145 along with the N400. If you did then you will get the text and email once NOA accepts it. If you did not then wait for I767 in the postal mail which might take a week or two. Then you can use the website to track your application.

I can officially say that USCIS received my file. I was so freakingggggggg worried I thought they lost it lol. I will put the schedule so everybody can put their dates. Good luck to us all.
