Also when it comes to RFEs, we filed I-751 in October and got a RFE on March 17! A lot of october filers have gotten approvals, and RFEs by now. Keep in mind, every case is different.. So, definently try to find those receipt numbers and give them a call ASAP. See whats going on, because its possible that something can get lost in the mail. Good luck, i hope i helped

so in this kind of Tuckin14's case, is it possible USCIS contact the wife to confirm their marriage or have we seen any adjudication that calls the USC spouse about their marriage during any I751 process? Just curious if they did and she might just knock it all down on him.

The point is that I don't have the receipt number and can't get it from my wife, and she seems unconcerned. I'm just trying to anticipate what might happen.

It seems completely implausible that USCIS would call either the applicant or the spouse and get the information by phone and act on it. Remember that from their perspective it's as likely that a couple living apart is conspiring together to get a green card for a sham marriage as it is that one or the other has actually broken up the marriage. Supposed they called her and she said "Oh yes we live apart, but we're still a couple, he is just looking after his aged parents, we still see each other a lot, we're not planning on divorcing, everything is fine, could you please send me my green card?"

They do not call..

whatever they need from u they will ask u in writting (RFE, interview notices).

and failure to respond till the given date will result in termination..

Even ppl that divorced still send evidence, just to prove that it was not a marriage just to get papers..

I am sick and tired of this crazy wait, its almost 8 months now, have not heard anything not even an RFE, my online request says background check pending...

I was sitting in my car during my lunch break,going through some forums on here, reading and reading.., and all of a sudden i get a text message that my status has updated, green card in production i thght i was going to get a heart attack for a secondd!

We had two RFEs and still got approved within the 6 month window.. I would say, submit another service request, when was the last time u did it? Wait at least 3-4 weeks from that... SOMETIMES the second one may speed it up. One of the VJ members submitted a service request, and than she did it again and got the same text msg as i did... its hard to figure out how they approve these cases. Good Luck

Thanks Volim te, i did it 2 weeks ago and came back to be pending background check. called service center, was told it was transferred to another dept in CSC. Just curious why the pass around or background check (did early bio in OCT).

I will do as you said maybe 2 weeks time and see what happens.

Guys, i got a missed call from this number (949) 643-9688, and called back but was an invalid number. So was curious and put it in google and came back to be a number from CSC. But why no vmail or a leave a number to call back?

The doc you submit are insufficient show X name(my wife) as a beneficiary,not co owner of the account.the statement do not show join ownership and transactions made both spouses.Please submit additional evidence and explanations to show that you have commingled your assets and are sharing finances as a married couple...

This is what they write on my rfe..plz what do ya think bout?

The things is I had a sharing account n a account of miself whose benefiacary is ny wife..dat was the mistake

Did they list what they need? Go to ur bank and have them type up a letter stating when u added ur wife to the acc as a beneficiary..and send in the one where she is a co-owner. From my understanding u guys have two accounts? Do any of them have statements where u and ur wife are both on the statement

Just got an email saying that USCIS has mailed my husbands 10 yr green card, is there a way track, are they supposed to send him a tracking info or no?
