You misunderstand me. If more people cared about our children falling through the cracks, then maybe this (and I don't want to say "black crime" but that's what that dude harps on) type of "crime" could be prevented. The NRA has a huge member base, which I assume is predominantly white, and they should be using their resources for good instead of wasting time shaking in paranoia over things that will likely never happen.

If you would like to learn more about how terrible our education system is right now, I suggest you watch the documentary "Waiting for Superman".

(Also saving the whales is a more important issue than your precious gun "rights" k thx bye)

I'm sorry, what liberal nonsense has ruined our education system? Please enlighten me. No Child Left Behind was not a product of a liberal mind. Hiring terrible teachers was not the product of a liberal mind. Passing those teachers around through districts was not the product of a liberal mind.

I really don't think that the education of our youth should be reduced to a fight between the Left and the Right. It's insanely more important than that.
