We attended the Consular Outreach in Dallas today for Report Of Marriage. I was impressed with the organization of the event, the location and the facilities. Passport Renewal and Dual Citizenship require an appointment but the consulate does allow walk in's for Report of Marriage.

Hank, thanks for posting this awhile back, saved us a few bucks on airfare and hotel in Los Angeles!
