You can say yes or no doesn't really matter. My wife (then fiancee ) checked no when she was doing that form.... simpler that way. Of course she works now.

Remember leave no questions on any of the DS forms blank.

on DS-156 on #32. it says "do you intend to work in the US? (if yes give address of employer)"

my question is which should my fiancé check yes or no?he does intend to work here but he doesnt have an "employer".should he just check yes and put "N/A" on the space for

i wrote "if with work permit authorization/permit; employer unknown"

NOOO !!, bcuz it stating the Employer address and the name of employer, unless hea or she has potential employer to hired him her as soon as he arrived in the USA!!

Ummm, not quite. We checked yes, then put unknown for employer
