Is anything sent in the mail at NVC and later stages?

My wife is planning to move from Manila back to the Province to be with family while waiting for the visa process to complete. We submitted DS-261, paid AOS fee and sent I-864 package and should be receiving the IV invoice within a few work days and we have the IV package ready to send. Does anything get mailed to her after this point (from NVC or embassy, etc.)? Mail in the province is unreliable and they don't even have an official mail-man.

We are wondering if we should give NVC the mailing address of one of her friends in the city.

Nothing. NVC corresponds thru email. The interview letter is sent via email too.

The only thing she'll receive from USEM via courier (2GO) is her passport with visa and visa packet, if she opted for delivery. There's an option for pick-up at any 2GO branch.
