Quick question about expiditing your case

My fiance is in the military and has been told that he may be deployed to the middle east in March for 4 months. This will effect the process in the fact that we just mailed the K1 off and probably will be approved in March and we need all the things to send to the embassy in London, like the NOA2 and the pay stubs etc etc. Would we be able to expidite the case and receive an approval quicker so that we can send all the information to the embassy and not have to wait until he returns from the sandbox to do it? I dont think I could cope knowing that another 4 months would be added onto the already 6 month waiting time. If it is possible does anyone have a link or any information on it? Thanks x

I would start by filing an expedite request for the I-129F application and then try to do the same through the embassy. Military deployment is one of the only reasons they actually DO expedite, so you chances are very very good.

Once you get your NOA1, call the USCIS information line and explain your situation. They should give you a fax number where you will send a copy of your NOA1, your fiance's military ID and deployment papers, and a letter asking for your case to be expedited.

Don't waste time with USCIS - go directly to the Service Center.
