I'm going to apply for a CR1 spouse visa form. but I don't really get the proccess or form and paperworks I need to provide .I have read many article on internet but it just confused me .

additional information my spouse is an active military member do they have special treatment to military spouse ? .

thanks for people helps :)

Active military are granted a few perks but for the I-130 the main one is really on if they are going to be deployed, and the USCIS can be strict on expedites for deployment based on where they will be deployed to.
