So it looks like USCIS has not had their Wheaties this morning..... I know there was a link for help with EAD renewal, does anyone here have it? If so can you repost please. Thanks!

I tried to submit a service request for I485, it says my case is still within processing timeline.

And my husband did submit a service request for I130, they said Nebraska center is busy so they haven't gotten time to process the case...

SINCE MAY 2014... really? no time? that busy? sigh...

And what on earth my I485 is still within the processing timeline?

I'm confused this USCIS Office Locater says my local office is in Cleveland but I had my Biometrics done in Detroit.

So which one is my field office really?

As of Dec 31st 2014 the processing times for those are:

• Detroit: May 5, 2014
• Cleveland: June 23, 2014

Which one is my actual one, because my NOA1 is in July. I'm getting confused now. Does that mean Cleveland is my office? When can I file a service request then? Do I need to wait till they update the processing times?

And yes wait for them to update with your NOA1 date, you can try a service request but it it doesn't match with their dates it will say youre still in processing times. They normally update mid month.

Even if it was Cleveland it would not allow you to do a service request until Cleveland are working on July case files and ones after your NOA1 date.

so it might be Cleveland unless youre right on the border, perhaps Cleveland was too busy to do biometrics, but even so until those figures change mid month you wont be able to ask for a service request.

Probably too busy telling people they have to wait longer and sorting out complaints etc. Although perhaps they are working really, really hard and will press the button late afternoon for mass approvals?

Nope it isn't they say around the 15th but last month it was the 11th so you never know. Hope your NOA1 is early July rather than late, else you might have to wait another month to do a service request.

Sooo, We haven't received anything back about the EAD renewal. I called and spoke to Tier 1, they said we have to wait 30 days for a reply in the mail, then call back and speak to Tier 2 and they will look into it. She also assured me the our file arrived at out local field office (SFV) on Jan 4th. She said it takes about 60 days for the field office to respond once it is there and we should be hearing something anytime now. Tier 2 was closed for calls already today, Monday and Tuesday are busy due to high volume of calls and I would have had to call at 8am. Otherwise I would need to call on a Wednesday or Thursday. So there ya have it. I'm tired and so stressed. I can barely concentrate at work most days.

It'll be interesting to see if that '60 day' thing turns out to be true, that would mean you could hear anytime around the 5th, then again when has a Tier 1 ever said anything truthful

Was Tier 2 told you that your case has been in your local field office since Jan 4, 2015? Oh? I am totally confused! because I believe that our cases are still in NBC.

Where are our cases NOW?
