So I overnighted my papers... I know I just hurried my papers to get in front of a few more apps... I just want this to happen with my girl as soon as I can so whatever little things I can do to maybe help the timeline a few days I would do...

I got the confirmation that they have my paperwork... How long till I get the text that says they accepted my application... What does it mean that they have "accepted my application"?

After they accept my application do they then mail it to the corresponding center in this case it would be the Nebraska Center... So when I get my NOA1 what does that mean they have done or what is it's significance other than I cleared another hurdle...

What is the significance of the NOA2 as well...

last question is... I included my criminal waiver and police report and the proof that the case was dismissed... But because it was a DV for me and my ex girlfriend getting in a phone text war I had to be open about it... My fiancee has all the paperwork about the police report... I sent a letter explaining I completed the counceling and classes the courts requested me to... Is this going to be enough to get me through the gate keepers... I guess the past is haunting me every night as I love this girl more than life itself and I can not imagine trying to build a family with any one else...

Any infromation is appreciated... Thanks for all the support on this page... Glad I found such awesome people going through some of the same trials I am =)

I think for the first hard copy is about 10-15 days

K1 visa timeline go from Noa1 to Noa 2 in about 5 or six months in USCIS

they send it to NVC, and them to the embassy or consulate, where is the stage of interview....

NOA 2 is notice of action, the second one say if you were approved or not in USCIS stage

Is perfect you are completely honest, you need to be honest and truthful for the entire process...

I love you Charles forever!!

NOA2 is essentially the most significant part of the petition process. This is the confirmation of the approval of your petition - they'll send you a letter for your records that you should keep for the adjustment of status.

Also, check out the K1 flowchart: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow

That'll help you understand what happens when.

Once they receive the petition, you will receive a hard copy NOA1 receipt notice. Your receipt notice will have your receipt number on it and you can use that to look up the status of your case online at the USCIS website. Your petition will be sent either to the CSC or the TSC. Nebraska does not process I-129F petitions. The NOA2 is the approval notice and you will receive that once your petition has been adjudicated and approved. You need the NOA2 for AOS later, so do not lose it.
