So I noticed there wasn't any September 2013 Filers Thread. I mail my application on 09/03 and still waiting on NOA1 :D

06/27/2013 Interview at Frankfurt Consulate = Approved.

08/09/2013 Wedding!

09/03/2013 Sent AOS + EAD + AP

12/30/2013 PR card in hand.

10/30/15 Biometrics

05/19/16 Approved

N-400

10/04/2016 Send Package

10/15/2016 NOA

I am in the same boat.....I sent my AOS application on September 1, 2013. It was delivered yesterday (09/05/2013). Waiting and checking my email constantly! :-)

AOS from F-1

09/01/2013 Mailed in I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

09/05/2013 USCIS Chicago Lockbox received package (according to Express Mail tracking)

09/10/2013 USCIS sent text message / emails for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

09/16/2013 NOA hardcopies received + biometrics appointment scheduled for 10/03/2013

09/18/2013 Biometrics completed! (Walk-in) at the Orlando Lee Vista Location

09/30/2013 Email & text received for status update to "Testing & Interview"

10/31/2013 EAD & AP approved

11/14/2013 EAD Combo Card received

12/30/2013 Interview letter received for 02/04/2014

02/04/2014 Interview - Orlando, FL, USCIS

Yay noa 1 for all but as email and text first! But I got this message on the case status for the I-485 says :

On September 9, 2013, your fingerprint fee was accepted and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Your case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location.

Fingerprint fee? What about the application fee for th AoS ?

Fingerprint fee? What about the application fee for th AoS ?

Your fingerprint fee is included in your AOS fee - the total fee you paid is $1070 of which $85 (I think) was the fingerprint fee. I don't know why they specify that in the text but it was the same for me. Next stop for you is the letter about your biometric appointment.
