Australian fiance is coming to the US, looking for any advice

I'm currently engaged to an Australian. This is going to be her third time coming over to the States this year. The first time was for about 5 days (Coming from Italy) back in February. In late March, she came back out to stay for a little shy of 3 months (Under the visa waiver program). This caused quite a commotion when she came through and she was pulled aside and questioned fairly thoroughly. Since she was planning on staying until June, they told her to not come back until October. She went back to Australia and applied for a B-2 tourist visa through the US Consulate, which she got no problem. She's coming back during the last week of September and planning on staying for about 4 months on the visa. She'll be living with me the whole time.

She's currently a student who's not gainfully employed but has plenty of savings, who's able to do all of her assignments online. We're actually planning on getting married in Australia, and are in the process of applying for a fiance visa in Australia. I understand that a big thing for customs is showing sufficient ties to the home country, so she's planning on bringing the notice of intended marriage (filed by a registered celebrant) with her. The fact that she was grilled coming through last time has us both sort of spooked, is there anything else she should bring to help her get through?

Ties to Australia will help. Enrollment in school, utilities, property, etc

good luck

She's planning on bringing her proof of enrollment, as well as a letter from her adviser saying she can do all her stuff online. She lives at home with her parents, unfortunately, so no proof of that.

And yea, we know entrance is guaranteed. I'm hoping that, if anything, they'll just tell her she can't stay until February.
