Yes. You write your child's namr first then open and close parethesis (mother) and sign. That's what i did with ours.

My i130 were approved in 26 days. Does this means we will have interview pretty soon or will i have to wait until visa becomes available.f2a. Thanks in advance

Starting Sept 1, NVC changed the ds230 to ds260 so everything is online. You just have to mail all your civil docs.

Yes. U need to wait till visa number is available for u. It means your PD must be current when u complete your case. I notice some made it quick that it only took them 1yr for the whole process. Goodluck and hope u will be reunited with your loved ones soon. :-)

You wait for the release of october visa bulletin. It is likely to retrogress to early 2012 is what some people here believes and I agree. Some 2011 cases are still waiting for interview so you might want complete your case first and then worry about the visa bulletin after. Goodluck!

You will know if your PD is current by looking at the most recent release of the Visa Bulletin. As of now, all of F2A cases are CURRENT and many have taken advantage of this. They were able to finish the entire process in 1 year time. But it is expected to retrogress anytime. So, do action, correspond to NVC as fast as you can. Goodluck!
