Timeline

Today makes 5 weeks since my step daughter had her interview and was place on AP,I hope we hear some positive news this week even a call from the embassy to bring her passport in would make me feel excited.I will continue to pray and have faith and hope this long process will come to an end soon. Any one that is on AP or was please post your time line so that we can have and idea how long we have to wait.

CEAC updated 8/7/13 documents receive

Still waiting for a call or email from embassy

Same here with my stepson , ap since june 27,2013 they ask for dna, and one month later they ask for the mother resident card so my process will be longer because the mother does not have the resident card yet..... What document they ask you for ??? If you dont mind

Is very sad situation when is kids cases i try to keep my wife busy because i know this process is painfull for her she got 5 years with out seem her son ..... But luseth you should be fine if you send all they ask for just wait

It's been five weeks and two days since my interview and my family and i have been placed in AP also. what case status says two of them are ready and one is in AP and hasn't been updated within 20 days. hope all goes well if you have any information to what i should do plz help.

My wife has her IV interview in may 29th dis year her case had been showing READy Ever since is there anyone from Nigeria saling in the same ship ?

It's like we are sailing in same ship. Am going to Washington DC come next week Tuesday to meet with my senator. And whom ever that cares to hear my case. 3 kids with 84 yrs old mother. My wife is still back in Nigeria. With my 2 years old son. This is very painful. I can't take this any more
