I must be terribly terribly confused. Definitely needing some help.

US citizen's next step after petition approval:

Order police certificate?

Send copy of visa to fiancé?

Print out a new letter on confirmation to marry your foreign fiancé?

Print out another passport style photo

Fill out I-134?

Get ready to fly over for an interview???

Foreign fiancé's next step after petition approval:

Order a police certificate?

Get a list of vaccinations?

Print out a new confirmation letter

Print out another photo

Wait for packet 3?

I'm just focused on what to do now while waiting on the hard copy of the NOA2.to come in but today is my day off. Just wanted to get things done and be prepared.

THIS IS A LONDON ANSWER AND IS NOT TRUE FOR OTHER CONSULATES

US citizen's next step after petition approval:

Order police certificate? NO

Send copy of visa to fiancé? NO

Print out a new letter on confirmation to marry your foreign fiancé? NO, unless you let four months go by before doing any of the London part.

Print out another passport style photo NO

Fill out I-134? YES and two proofs of income

Get ready to fly over for an interview??? NO unless you just really want to go and have the extra money and time to go.

Foreign fiancé's next step after petition approval:

Order a police certificate? YES. ASAP.

Get a list of vaccinations? YES and get the ones needed for AOS before your medical.

Print out a new confirmation letter NO

Print out another photo US SIZED PASSPORT PHOTOS-3 Needed

Wait for packet 3? YES

Here is a list that is a little old and has been unpinned from the top of the UK forum because the procedures in London are going through changes. But this list is still helpful. The police certificate link has changed

You mean after petition approval? There would not be a visa to send your fiance then. You need not fly over for interview in the UK either.

This should help: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow
