Hey everyone,

My fiance is unemployed and frantically searching for work but since i'm sure he wont start by the time i schedule my interview (next week) i was wondering what i need from him?

His mom is signing another i-134 for us, do i need anything else from her? proof of employment or anything?

Do i still need his tax papers? or because she is the one who is my co-signer do i need everything from her?

please help if someone can list everything i need that would really help as i am getting them to mail it asap

thanks

They both need to fill out an I-134 and supply their supporting documentation: most recent tax transcript and proof of income such as an a letter from employer and/or most recent pay stub(s). Have his mother also provide proof of being a USC or LPR in case they need it.
