Guideline values are here: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864p.pdf

You have enough for a household size of 2 at 125%, but not 3.

I don't know if Child Suport counts in the mix if it does then your household size will be 3 including your finance. Which means you will have to make or meet $24,412.

Since you have a minor child, even if it doesn;t live with you, you have a household size of 3 and do not make enough- yes, you will need a co-sponsor

thank you all. Is the co-sponsor also fill out I-134 or a different form? If also fill out I-134, I have question for co-sponsor listed below:

Q3. This affidavit is executed on behalf of the following person (who name is it?)
Q8. The following persons are dependent upon me for support (list all family member who is with co sponsor housewhole that he support them? like wife, kid?)
Q11. I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following person. If none state "None" (who name is in here?

I acknowledge that I have read "Sponsor & Alien Liability" ....... as amended __________ who name is it after amended?

thx

I'm confused on co-sponsor:

This is for co-sponsor on I-134:

Q1: enter co-sponsor name?

Q3: enter petitioner's fiancee name? What's about relationship on Q3

Q10: co-sponsor put Beneficiary name on Q10 and what about relationship on Q10?

Q11: co-sponosor just type: N/A ( K1 visa process for permanent residence)

thx
