Forgot to include original RFE letter with RFE reply

Hello Guys!

Urgent question for you!

We have sent out a reply to RFE and did not include a copy of original RFE letter. Though we included the gold sheet requested on the top of the documents and a Cover Letter listing our case number, A#, and officer reviewing the case, along with the evidence.

We sent it by USPS, the status says: Delivered.

Do we need to worry about it and resend a copy of the RFE package including a copy of RFE letter?

Thank you so much for your help! It's really frustrating process and I'm tired of being worried all the time. VJ really helps to ease some of our fears.

Made the same mistake. Still got approved. But before I realized and received my NOA2, I had already sent it separately. Now it is back at RFE response review. confuse don't know what is happening

I think you are good, they now have 2 of your packages

Just wanted to update it, we've got our NOA2! Lots of prayers have been heard and we are approved!
