Hi ALL!

Received email Dec 05, 2006 saying our AOS application has been transferred to CSC.

EAD+AOS NOA1: 10/10/06

Biometrics: 11/04/06

Email notification of transfer to CSC: 12/05/06

One question tho, have any of the CSC Transferees been called for an interview?

Congratulations! Hopefully, this will mean a speedy process for you.

If I recall, I think there have been a few people whose cases were transferred to CSC and then later on down the road were transferred back to their local offices for an interview. I could be mistaken, though. However, most of those transferred to CSC have been approved without an interview.

Yes, I remember reading a thread yesterday where someone had been transfered back out of CSC to MSC.

Congratulations :thumbs: Claudeth's AOS was transferred in the middle of January and a month later she got her GC without an interview so hope this is a good omen for you! Good luck!

Thank you everyone for the best wishes. In one of my recent posts I mentioned I got a very good job which will start some time in January 07 (dates not confirmed yet by employer) and I was hoping to get my EAD in time for it.

...Now I am hoping to get the GC in time if the USCIS decides to put my EAD application in trash. Oh this stress...God bless us all is all i hope and pray.

Hi! Im a newbie here. My case is also transferred to California Service Center & Im scheduled for biometrics this 19th. IM also hoping that I can receive my approval first of January, because I also have a job waiting for me by January 2007. I talked to my Employer's Immigration Officer, she said that on my biometrics, they should give me or stampped a temporary working permit. Is this true?
