So my situation is this. I am in month four of a K-1 visa application for a Chinese girl. However we have been having some problems and I am going to write to cancel this visa.

My question is, will I have difficulty if I want to begin another one for someone else in the future? Is there any required wait time between cancelling the one and starting another one? Or will it just be more difficult to get the second one approved.

Thank you to anyone that can help.

There is no set time. You could apply as soon as the other K-1 is withdrawn.

However, the basis of granting the K-1 fiancee visa is a bona fide relationship.

If the two K-1 are close in time, how the heck are you going to prove a bona fide relationship with the second woman? It just look damn suspicious that you can so easily substitute one fiancee with another so soon. If it looks like fraud, the US Embassy has no problem processing it under those suspicion.

Normally when one breaks off an engagement, there is a period before there is another "one" to share my life with. I don't think anyone breaks off one engagement and then immediately get into another. Even between a bunch of US citizens, this "switching" of one fiancee for another is weird.
