Worried of being depicted as lying

Hey all,

Our interview is rapidly approaching, and as some of you may know, we're getting anxious, excited, and nervous!

There has been one thing that has been plaguing our minds for a bit, though.

When I initially filled out the I-129F, under question 18 (Describe the circumstances under which you met), I unknowingly put down that she was here on a tourist visa when she was actually here on a visa waiver program. I was unaware of this up until we received our NOA2 and had a glance over everything again and she pointed that out.

Now that the interview is approaching, we are getting nervous that this is going to come back and bite us.

I wasn't intentionally lying when filling out the form, I just didn't know any better. So, I don't know if there has any legality that can come into play.

What are your thoughts on the situation? Would this even be brought up in the interview?

Not an issue in the slightest. This is really splitting hairs. Waste your time worrying about something else.

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

You think so?

We were just thinking they'd use that answer on the 129F and cross-reference it with the types of visas she listed in the DS-230 (question 35: where you list when you came to the states and with what visas) to see if they matched up.

Maybe we are thinking too deep into it, but also, I feel like it is a valid reason to get anxious over.
