Sent DS 230 before DS 2001, is that okay?

My fiance sent all of his packet 3 forms to embassy, and included in form DS 230. He completed his medical, and now is sending form DS 2001 to petition for interview however it said to submit with ds 230---but, he already send ds 230 before hand with packet 3. So does he have to send DS 230 again with readiness packet? Also, he was wondering if he filled a form out wrong (he's hoping he didn't miss a box, etc) for packet 3 if they would have contacted him (i assumed they would send rfe, but he wanted me to check).

You have nothing to worry about!! You're fine. London wants the DS-230 with Packet 3. The DS-2001 is not London-specific- there is probably an embassy out there somewhere that wants the DS-230 to be sent with the DS-2001.

You can send the DS-2001 (and cover letter) either with your other DS forms or after (or even after the medical results get in). It's totally up to you and London just wants to get all the paperwork back as soon as you're ready. Double check that he's returned all the required forms listed by the embassy (see the list on the right hand side and then read the body text): http://london.usembassy.gov/iv_15.html

* I-130/CR-1 visa by Direct Consular Filing in London
3rd May 2013 - Married in London

7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

* How? Read my DCF London I-130 for CR1/IR1 Spouse Guide

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production

27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:

Follow what the embassy writes in their instructions:

Step Two

Assemble all of the documents required in support of your application. When you have obtained all of the required documents and are prepared for the visa interview, you are required to complete the Notification of Applicant(s) Readiness, Form 2001 and mail it to the Immigrant Visa Unit together with a covering letter containing your email address, if applicable, date of your wedding and date of the medical examination.

It doesn't say anything about DS-230. It says to mail the DS-2001 and cover letter.
