We got a letter in the E mail that says K1 is approved. But she has to go to the embassy again. To fill out a new DS156k. Get new photos within 6 months , ect. bring passport ect. And they gave her another appointment. 9-03-13 I read the DS156. Its a statement that we will marry in 90 days. And it has to be signed by an embassy witness.

Does this mean its approved?

I think it does.

Just got off the phone to Nanning. My attorney says she is approved. He says they are making her do a new DS156K, because they think I went there to marry her. Since the interview on August 1st. They want that form , two photos, and her passport.

He told me to wait after the failure.

Think about that. I could of went there , married her and cost me another year and a half or so. Doing a CR1.

And that's about it.

For now.

I started this on August 18th 2012. I think . Were talking 13.5 months to get here , roughly. Even without the interview failure . Its still a year.
