I got my 2 years R - B1/B2 american visa in 2011. i have visited twice within the last one and half years and decided to marry my long time girl friend who is a US citizen by birth. We got married 2 weeks ago and i want to apply for a work permit and green card.I called USCIS to know the required forms and i was told i need forms i-130 and form i-485,I immediately ordered both forms.Yesterday i met someone that just went for an interview and he said i still need the G-325A form and the i-765 form. Please i need help on this issue.

Secondly,i read the i-485 form and there is a column to fill my i94 number. This first and second time i came i was given an i94 form but when i came june 2013 i was not given i94.The officer only stamped my passport and class B2 valid untill 3 DEC 2013.

I was directed by a friend to join the form that my problem would be solved .Please i am counting on you guys. Thanks so much

Jay.

I-94s have gone electronic lately. Use this link to get your I-94 number: http://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

There are a couple more forms in addition that you need to file for correct filing.
