Got a couple questions about the IR-1/CR-1

Well i have already filed my I-130 to the Pheonix Lockbox, i just got my I-787 yesterday in the mail. My wife is from South Korea we are wanting to do the CR-1 so she can work once she comes here. I am a military member we met when i was stationed there. Well my question is, now that i have the I-787 what is the next step? when do i put in for the CR-1 visa? I've looked and i cant find the name of the form for the IR-1/CR-1 what form is it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Next step happens once you get the I-130 reviewed. If it is accepted the service center will forward your documents to the national visa center and you will go from there. Review dates vary from 3-9 months for the I-130, so for now just sit tight :-)

While you are waiting for your approval at USCIS I strongly suggest you go here to the NVC filers thread and read post #1 and #2 so you know whats coming next get some of the documents together so you can be ready
