well there is no way to predict the time frame for Admin Processing. It could be several weeks, it could be many months, or it could be a year or more.there is no way to know.nd nobody knw the exact reason for being in ap. there can be many reasons to be stk on ap like Name check, background check nd so many other reasons. i pray you will be out of ap soon smile.png good luck

Hi Aamir,

I know that it could be many reasons but if its the name check and / or background checks, then that shoudl've been done before my interview, since i provided them with all my personal infor; i.e., passoprt copy n birth certificate and history of all my life...

Hi All,

this is the 9th month that we have been waiting for the Administrative processing to be finished and completed. My wife and I have been really getting frustrated with the amount of support we are getting from the US embassy, as they are completely helpless in assisting us how much longer would it take for the AP to be finished. Does anyone know how long it usually takes (on an average) for AP to be completed in the UAE region?
