Things Needed for Interview

Hi. As nervous as I am about my fiance's upcoming interview next Tuesday August 20. I prepared him a checklist of what to bring since I am not able to go to the Philippines and help him get everything together.

- His passport

- Passport photos (3 photos)

- DS 156 (2 copies)

- DS 156K (1 copy)

- DS 157 (2 copies)

- DS 230 Part I (1 copy)

*well we actually made extra copies just incase.

- NSO birth certificate (original & copies)

- NBI clearance (original & copies)

- Police certificate (original & copies)

- CENOMAR (original & copies)

- Letter of Intent to Marry (updated copies of mine & his)

- Deposit slip from BPI

- Affidavit of Support (Form I-134 from me)

1. 2009-Present IRS tax transcript

2. 2010-Present W-2 Forms

3. Employment letter

3. May 15-Present paystub (will be emailing him the paystub coming up on Friday)

4. Bank statement (I told him to only give it if they ask since my income is above poverty guideline)

For the binder I sent him via LBC it included:

- Copy of my passport bio page

- Birth Certicate

- Evidence of meeting in person

1. Stamped passport of my trip to the Philippines (2011 & 2012)

2. Boarding pass of my trip (2011 & 2012)

3. Hotel Confirmation

3. Facebook check-ins

4. Bank statement that I used my card in the Philippines

5. Photos of us together (25 pictures)

- Evidence of On-going Relationship

1. Skype messages (2011-Present)

2. Facebook messages (2010 - Present)

3. Text messages (2011 - Present)

4. Phone bills (Only printed out a few since we talk more often on skype)

5. Bank remittance

- Letters Received from USCIS

1. NOA1

2. NOA2

3. NVC Letter

Is there anything else that I am missing that my fiance needs to bring?

It is appointment confirmation....email from the us embassy Manila after scheduling your interview appointment...you cannot enter embassy without it.

Now that you have the interview confirmation letter and/or page from online you are good.

Hei! I just want to ask if NBI CLEARANCE and NBI POLICE CERTICATE are different?

I've sent my Nbi clearance last Dec 27,and I've called NVC today and they told me over the phone that my NBI clearance we're wrong and not accepted.I'm quite confused about that two...please help me.

I've sent the green card annotated with travel abroad with my picture and thumbmarks.Thanks in advance
