Hi Vj,

my husband is filing i-130 for my son. His last year tax transcript shows that he made 156K. He now has a new job which he will be starting next week. He will be able to get a job letter from them but he doesn't have paystubs as his payday will be the next two weeks. Is it ok to just send the letter? Since he made that amount last year ,will we need a co-sponsor since he just start this job? Also, we got the transcripts from the IRS, do we have to send the W2s also?

the letter from his employee and tax files should be enough. He should not need a co-sponsor 156K should be enough depending the family size and if the income from the new job is comparable to that of the previous job.

June 18, 2015 EAD CARD APPROVED AWAITING DELIVERY!!!

June 24,2015 EAD/AP combo card picked up by USPS

June 25, 2015 EAD/AP card received

October 6, 2015 email stating greencards in production!!!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

I don't believe you'll need W2's if you have the Tax transcripts .

Someone correct me if I'm incorrect.
