USA citizen..Married last month in the Philippines..And we're currently working on the I-130 package..15. Evidence of a bonafide marriage ..I have a question I could really use solid opinions on..Do we have enough evidence to be approved?..I worry about this..

Here's what we have..

1. Plenty of photo's of the two us together in Dubai in March, and in Cebu Philippines this summer..Including photo's with family and friends along with landmarks..Lot's of pictures from our wedding day with around 100 family and friends from her side..

2. Paperwork/bank book/atm cards of a joint bank Philippines bank account opened in late June..

3. Receipts (wedding, hotels, tickets, western union transactions other exspenses) and boarding passes for all of our flights to and from usa- dubai -philippines

4. Online chat history (mostly skype and emails)

5. Affidavits from her side of the family..

What we dont have..

1. Anybody from my side (USA) who witnessed our wedding..I do have a couple members of the family who witnessed our online relationship ..Can/should I use them for affidavits?

2. Phone records..i called using an online phone card and now realize there seems to be no proof that i was calling my fiancee (now wife)

3. Documentation showing joint ownership or property

What should i be including that I'm not..and are we looking ok for USCIS approval? If not, What can we do ? Not sure where we stand.. Thanks for any enlightenment of this step..

Moved from Progress Reports to Process & Procedures.

**Organizer hat off**

Regarding affidavits, those are not required and they carry little to zero weight to begin with; don't worry about having anyone from your side of the family submit them.

Regarding joint ownership of property, USCIS and the Embassy will not expect a couple that lives apart in separate countries to have joint ownership of property.

Focus on evidence of time spent together in-person, that is your best evidence.

We submitted only 5 photos with dates and caption .

2. Paperwork/bank book/atm cards of a joint bank Philippines bank account opened in late June.. We included this too.

3. Receipts (wedding, hotels, tickets, western union transactions other exspenses) and boarding passes for all of our flights to and from usa- dubai -philippines We submitted this.

4. Online chat history (mostly skype and emails) Yes, we have this also but printed only 2-3 pages of skype screenshots.

5. Affidavits from her side of the family.. No, we dont have this.

Those evidences of bonafide marriage documents that you will be submitting to USCIS, #s 1-4 were also the only ones (plus the BC of our biological child) that my husband included in our I-130 petition last August 2012. Good luck. good.gif
