To get your I-94 as of April 26, 2013 go to I-94 Admission Number Retrieval on the CBP web site. It is hard to find this and I was very confused when my Fiance' didn't get her I-94 after her trip to the US.

That is the "new and improved" process. You go to the website, enter the info requested and from there you can print a copy of the I-94, keep that with your fiancée's passport (which she is supposed to carry)
