For my "proof of meeting" I typed up a two page letter with dates that refers to attachemst that support my claim. As for question 34.a. It is really confusing, I not really sure how I should answer that myself.

10/17/2013 NOA 2 Email!!

That's 24 days from NOA1 to NOA2!!!

You just say how you met in person within the last 2 years. The space is small because the answer does not really need to be that long.

For example> I met Mary Jane online in 20XX. I first traveled to City, Country on Month Day, 20XX and spent 3 weeks with her. I have since taken 2 more trips to see her on MM/DD/20XX and MM/DD/20XX.

You then provide passport stamps, boarding passes, baggage claim tickets, receipts and a few photos as evidence of meeting in person within the 2 years prior to filing.
