I make 62,000 per annul (with no dependents) but i still leave at home which means i don't pay rent or mortgage but my fiance is getting worried he might be denied on the fact that i still leave at home. Do i have to make my parents co-sponsor or are we save with what we have?

They don't ask what you're spending the money on (or not spending it on, in your case).

If you make enough money, that's fine. Supply tax returns to show it, that's all you need.

I believe the I134 doesn't actually ask for tax returns although last year's return might be a start.

In addition to tax returns toss in a letter from your current employer along with a few recent paystubs and bank statements / total deposits for last year as per the instructions.

Ditto @ comment that you might be getting a hint LOL

i don't get it.

Check the USCIS poverty guidelines and you will see you make more than enough to file for your spouse or fiance. You will need to submit your tax returns for the last three years if you are going through Nigerian US Embassy.

Good luck!
